I am still as pumped up about Medifast as I was the first time I ordered. I just want to let everyone know how much I truly love Medifast! It works so well. I want to give anyone who needs a little support, proof of the wonderful life Medifast is helping me achieve. I have lost 80 pounds, and it only took me 13 weeks to lose the weight. My goal is to lose 20 additional pounds. I stopped dieting for the summer because of a long family vacation to Florida. I am happy to report that from May to July, I gained no weight. In July, on our trip, I gained 6 pounds, 3 of which I dropped right after we returned home. I said from the beginning that I was going to go back on Medifast when our 8-year-old went back to school in the fall. Well, he started school on Monday and I started Medifast again on Tuesday. I will keep you updated with a "finished" picture when I reach my goal. I know with Medifast it won’t be long. I am still as pumped up about Medifast as I was the first time I ordered. It has changed my face, my body, and my life!!! |
